Be default WordPress and other Content Management Systems (CMS) serve up static pages that quickly lose there appeal and become stale. With a little bit of code, that AI was happy to provide along with instructions to deploy and use. I can now tap into the stream of data we call the internet and make use of that power.
RSS feeds still exist, but have fallen out of favor with paywalls. Your favorite news feed is essentially an RSS feed. There are many to choose from on many subjects. I’ve chosen a few to have fresh content between visits. Take a read.
Podcasts are also a type of feed. I have a few select ones for your listening pleasure, take a listen.
You Tube used to have similar feeds, but they have stopped those. Each YT channel has a channel ID, using that it is possible to get the latest list of videos from each channel. Every 6 hours I have a cron job get the 3 most recent videos from several channels and display. Take a look.
